Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! We make every effort to ensure that the product you receive matches the images displayed on our website. Rest assured, the quality and functionality of the product remain the same as shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your sales receipt and order details.

You can also view your sales receipt by:

  2. Going to “My Orders” or “Order History”.
  3. Selecting the specific order to view or download your receipt in PDF format.
How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  3. Prepare Your Package

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! Many of our popular products are restocked regularly.

  • Check Back Soon: Out-of-stock items are usually replenished within 2–6 weeks, depending on supplier availability.
  • Sign Up for Notifications: You can click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page and we’ll email you as soon as the item is back in stock.
  • Limited Stock Items: Some seasonal or special-edition products may not be restocked once sold out, so we recommend signing up for notifications or ordering early.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to all locations within Australia.

  • Delivery Options: Standard shipping and express shipping are available, depending on your location.
  • PO Boxes & Remote Areas: Some carriers may have restrictions on PO Boxes or very remote areas. If your address is in a remote location, additional shipping charges may apply.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Australia.
